Coco Sherrie’ is the continuation of a long history in the chocolate world, but this time, on my own. 24 years ago, a dear friend and I opened Sans Souci Gourmet Confections in New York. We ran that business for 10 years until it was time to take a break, raise our kids and have a somewhat “normal” life. It was incredibly rewarding and I learned what I like to make how it makes people feel. Fast forward to 2020. Kids are in college and here I am, making chocolate again, this time in Olympia, Washington.
THIS is FRESH chocolate. We don’t stock product, it doesn’t have a 6 month shelf life. This is a good ‘ole "limited-availability-get-it-while-you-can” confectionary. From the classic sea salt caramel to dense, fudgy Marquis brownies to dark chocolate barks filled with nuts and other accoutrement, everything is fresh and beautifully wrapped, with love. We hope you love it as much as we enjoy making it.
